Letter of Thanks from IWBCS President, Peta Ibbotson:

“Dear Supporters,

I Hope you and your family had a great Christmas and we wish you a happy New
Year to all you!!

...what a busy Xmas we had!

The money raised from the "Westpac Inner West Business and Community day"
including the Toy raffle funds, we packed and distributed over 70 food
hampers to local families, 150 pamper packs to women in local refuge homes
and the homeless and over 250 kids from local refuge homes and local community families received a toy!!

I want you all to know this would not have happened without your help- thank
you all from the bottom of my heart.

Know that with your help you enabled us to reach out and give hope to
families in the Inner West that were not expecting to have a Xmas this
year...the smiles on their faces was priceless.

You gave families a Xmas dinner and further food for the week. You made
250 kids smile this Xmas when they received their only Toy and you gave
hope to over 100 women from local refuge homes and the homeless- when they
received their gifts (pamper packs).

One of the mum's said when she received her pamper pack-"I cannot believe
that someone would be even thinking of us let alone care enough to give us
a gift?".

...giving this mum hope that someone does really care.

which includes footage of the Westpac Inner West Business & Community street event,
the Toy raffle, the packing and distribution of the hampers and Toys- I cant wait for you
all to see what an impact- what a difference you made in these peoples lives.

IWBCS sends a big thank you and are looking forward to a bigger and better
"Christmas for Kids" for 2007.”
